摘要
以波纹夹层板为研究对象,对其在空爆冲击载荷作用下的结构响应进行分析,建立相关塑性变形理论预报方法。以两种典型波纹夹层板结构为分析对象,采用理论及仿真方法计算了冲击载荷下结构的最大塑性变形,两者计算结果具有较好的一致性,验证了该理论分析方法的可靠性。在此基础上,选取波纹夹层板典型剖面,分析理论计算方法与数值仿真分析方法所得变形模式的异同,进一步验证完善解析计算方法。该研究成果可以为波纹夹层板的参数化设计和抗冲击性能分析评估提供参考。
The structural responses under the impact loading of air explosion of corrugated sandwich panels were analyzed,and the method for forecasting plastic deformations was proposed.The maximum plastic deformations of two typical corrugated sandwich panels under impact loading were analysed both theoretically and numerically.The results are in good agreement with each other,and the reliability of the theoretical analysis method was thus verified.On this basis,in order to further test and improve the analytical calculation method,a typical section of the corrugated sandwich panels was selected,and the similarities and differences of deformation modes between the theoretical analytical method and the numerical simulation method were analyzed.The results provide a reference to the parametric design and impact resistance evaluation of corrugated sandwich panels.
