舰用波纹夹层板的抗冲击性能分析 被引量:1

摘要 夹层板作为新型的轻质结构,它的比强度高、比刚度大、能量吸收效率高和隔音隔震优异,在航空、汽车、建筑、船舶和军事行业应用广泛。利用ABAQUS建立了波纹夹层板的有限元计算模型,分析波纹夹层板的抵抗冲击能力,给出其在不同夹芯层厚度、不同夹芯层高度、不同夹芯层与面板角度下的最大位移曲线,通过对比分析找出最好的抗爆抗冲击结构参数。研究表明:夹层板的抗冲击能力优越,当夹芯层与面板角度为60°,夹芯层高度为80mm时起到最好的防护作用。 Sandwich plate as a new type of lightweight structures,it has high rigidity,high strength,high energy absorption efficiency and excellent performance such as sound isolation,In aerospace,automobile,building,ships,and widely used in the military field.Using ABAQUS to establish the finite element model of corrugated sandwich plate,Analyze the anti-shock performance of corrugated sandwich plate,the maximum displacement curve of different thickness of the panel,the thickness of the core layer,the height of the core layer,the different sandwich layer and the panel Angle are give.The parameters of the best anti-shock structure were found by comparison.The research shows that the sandwich board has excellent anti-shock properties,When the corrugated sandwich plate is 60 degrees from the panel Angle,the core layer has the best protection for 80mm.
