摘要
SPS(sandwich plate system)夹层结构具有良好的缓冲吸能特性,在舰船抗冲击防护方面具有广阔应用前景。
An sandwich plate system(SPS)structure has excellent energy absorption and buffer characteristics, thus it has a broad application prospect in ship impact protection.Dynamic impact experiments of an SPS structure and a stiffened plate were carried using drop hammer impact test equipment. The impact resistance of the SPS structure was compared with that of the stiffened plate. The damage mode, impact force change and energy absorption of the SPS structure under the impact load were discussed. The results show that under the condition of equal weight, the impact resistance of the SPS structure is significantly better than that of the stiffened plate. The impact energy is absorbed mainly through the overall plastic deformation and core compression deformation of the core layer,so that the damage crack of the SPS sandwich structure is obviously smaller than that of the stiffened plate. The peak impact force of the SPS structure is 28.5%less than that of the stiffened plate. The reliability of the finite element simulation results was verified based on experimental data, compared with the calculation results of the stiffened plates, the energy absorption of the SPS structure increases by 24.33%.The research results are expected to provide reference for lightweight design and safety protection design of warships.
