东曲煤矿综采工作面综合防尘、防灭火技术应用 被引量:10

摘要 以东曲煤矿28206工作面为例,采用采煤机内外喷雾、自动架间喷雾、转载点喷雾、自制炮筒喷雾、净化水幕及煤层注水等技术进行综合降尘,降低粉尘浓度,改善作业环境。同时在工作面采用束管监测、安设CO探头、喷洒阻化剂及移动注氮等方式进行综合防治内因火。通过现场测尘数据及束管监测的应用,有效地控制了工作面产尘的外因和内因火的发生,为类似条件矿井采煤工作面在综合防尘、防灭火方面提供参考。 28206 working face of Dongqu Mine was taken as example,internal and external spray,automatic inter-rack spray,transfer point spray,self-made barrel spray,water curtain purification and coal seam water injection were adopted to reduce dust concentration and improve working environment.Beam tube monitoring,CO probe installation,chemical inhibitor spraying and mobile nitrogen injection were taken to prevent the fire.Application of field dust data and beam tube monitoring,the external and internal causes of dust production on the working face were effectively controlled,which provided a reference for comprehensive dust and fire control of the working face of coal mining under similar conditions.
