摘要
随着人们对职业健康重视程度的增加,煤矿生产中的职业危害研究显得愈发紧迫。为了对煤矿作业场所粉尘危害进行有效控制,从而保护作业人员职业健康,选取某矿井主要作业场所为研究范围,划分评价单元;通过测定粉尘性质及其分散度、8 h时间加权平均浓度等指标,得出短时间浓度及超限倍数,并调查分析了生产设备布局和生产工艺可能带来的粉尘危害;采用检查表分析等方法,综合评价粉尘职业危害水平。针对检测和评价结果,明确了需要降尘的重点部位,提出合理的防尘对策及建议,为改善生产环境、保护人员职业健康提供参考。
As people pay more attention to occupational health,research on occupational hazards in coal mine production is becoming more and more urgent. In order to effectively control the dust hazard in coal mines to protect the occupational health of workers,the evaluation unit for workplace was divided,the short-time concentration and over-limit multiple were obtained by measuring the dust feature and dust dispersion and 8h time weighted concentration,and the dust hazard caused by the layout of production equipment and production process was analyzed,and the dust occupational hazard level was evaluated by checklist analysis. According to the results of detection and evaluation,the key parts for dust control were identified,and reasonable countermeasures and suggestions for dust control were put forward,which can provide reference for improving production environment and protecting occupational health of workers.
