分析了综放工作面粉尘来源和产尘特点,重点介绍了采煤机喷雾除尘、移架和放煤口喷雾除尘、转载点和破碎机喷雾除尘、水幕捕尘网等除尘措施,并以常村煤矿的实践经验为例,验证了该喷雾除尘技术能有效降低煤尘浓度。
The paper analyzed dust source and dust and emphatically introduced methods of spraying for mining, support moving, coal caving, crusher working, generating characteristics in fully mechanized face dust suppression applied in processes of shearer coal transshipping and dust-catched water curtain. The practical application in Changcun Coal Mine verified effectiveness of the technology of spraying for dust suppression.
