医学本科生参与临床流行病学调查对科研能力培养的积极影响 被引量:5

The positive influence on the cultivation of medical undergraduates' scientific research ability after participating in the clinical epidemiological investigation

摘要 目的评价临床流行病学调查对医学专业本科生提高和加强学术型医学科研能力培养的积极影响。方法采用分层随机整群抽样的方法抽取700名全日制在校本科二、三年级医学生,另采用分层随机抽样的方法抽取30名副教授以上的医学导师,以自填方式进行问卷调查。结果发放学生调查问卷700份,获得有效问卷674份,有效率为96.3%,其中97名(占14.4%)学生曾参与流行病学调查。本科期间曾参与临床流行病学调查的学生对临床流行病学调查能够增强人际交流能力的评价、实验操作能力的评价、培养严谨科研思维的评价、学生个人数据处理能力自评、模型构建能力自评、逻辑分析能力自评依次为(3.54±0.52、3.47±0.46、3.12±0.59、2.86±0.73、2.54±0.68、2.67±0.56);未曾参与临床流行病学调查的学生的评价依次为(3.34±0.62、3.36±0.58、2.89±0.45、2.64±0.97、2.35±0.83、2.52±0.75),参与过流行病学调查的学生对流行病学调查能够增强自身能力和对自身科研能力的评价均高于未参与调查的大学生(均P<0.05)。同时发放导师调查问卷30份,获得有效问卷30份,有效率为100%。结果显示,导师对于学生具备的科研能力的要求程度由强到弱,依次为严谨思考能力(3.53±0.51)、自主学习能力(3.23±0.77)、实践操作能力(2.97±0.76)、语言表达能力(2.90±0.92)和软件使用能力(2.70±0.47)。结论参与临床流行病学调查不仅对大学生的科研能力提高有一定的积极影响,还能使其对临床流行病学调查的作用有更加深刻的认识。此外,导师较为重视学生的严谨思考能力和自主学习能力,因此,在本科期间参与临床流行病学调查能使学生更受导师关注。 Objective To evaluate the positive effect of clinical epidemiological investigation on the improvement and enhancement of academic medical research ability of medical undergraduates.Methods cluster random sampling method was used to extract 700 full-time sophomore and junior medical students,and then 30 associate professors or above level medical advisors were chosen by means of random sampling method.Questionnaire survey was conducted by the method self-filling.Results Questionnaires were distributed to 700 students and 674 effective questionnaires were finally obtained,with the effective rate of 96.3%,in which 97(14.4%)students participated in the epidemiological investigation.Evaluation of the students who had participated in clinical epidemiologic survey during the undergraduate period on the improvement of interpersonal communication ability,experimental operation ability,and on the training of rigorous scientific research thinking by clinical epidemiologic survey,and students'self-evaluation of data processing ability,model building capacity and logic analysis ability are(3.54±0.52,3.47±0.46,3.12±0.59,2.86±0.73,2.54±0.68,2.67±0.56);Evaluation of the students who had not participated in clinical epidemiologic survey on those are(3.34±0.62,3.36±0.58,2.89±0.45,2.64±0.97,2.35±0.83,2.52±0.75).Students who have participated in the epidemiological survey have higher evaluation on the enhancement of self-ability by epidemiological investigation and research ability than those who have not participated in the survey(P<0.05).Meanwhile,30 questionnaires were distributed to the advisors,and finally 30 valid questionnaires were obtained,with the effective rate of 100%.The results show that the teachers'requirements for students'scientific research ability from strong to weak are strict thinking ability(3.53±0.51),independent learning ability(3.23±0.77),practical operation ability(2.97±0.76),language expression ability(2.90±0.92)and software using ability(2.70±0.47).Conclusion Participating in the clinic
