摘要
调查上海交通大学附属第一人民医院五年制临床医学专业24名大三学生在科研轮训前后对于科研兴趣及态度的变化,并分析其影响因素。结果表明本科生参与科研旨在提升科研素养并存在功利性,其对科学研究的认知有待进一步提高。目前科研轮训的模式基本合理,五年制医学生参与科研的意愿在科研轮训后得到提升,但其在激发本科生科研兴趣方面仍存在较大提升空间。
This paper investigated the changes of the interest in scientific re,arch of 5-year program medical students in the Shanghai First People's Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiaotong University before and after the research training courses, and analyzed its influencing factors. The results show that the reason why undergraduates participate in scientific research is to enhance scientific hteracy and gain a post- graduate recommendation or other utilitarian factors. After the Scientific research training, undergraduates' scientific research willing is to some extent improved. The cognition of 5-year program medical students still needs to be enhanced. The pattern of the training is basically reason- able, but the effect has large development space in enhancing undergraduates' interest in scientific research.
