摘要
大数据时代的到来给我们的隐私保护带来了前所未有的威胁。但是大数据技术与以往的技术一样,具有两面性,在给隐私保护带来威胁的同时也带来了积极作用;通过运用制度伦理、责任伦理、义务论、契约论、功利伦理和德性伦理等理论武器对大数据技术运用对隐私保护造成的影响反思,大数据时代是隐私保护的新时代。
The advent of Big Data era has brought the unprecedented threat for our privacy. But the Big Data technology as the previous technologies has dual character which brought threat but positive role for our privacy. By using the theoretical weapons of systemic ethics,responsibility ethics,deontology ethics,contract ethics,utilitarian ethics and virtue ethics to rethink the effects of using Big Data technology for privacy protection,Big Data era is the new age of privacy protection.
