摘要
在大数据时代,各种信息都可以被作为一项数据应用到相关的分析与预测中,其中也包括人们的隐私。人们进行的有关于网络的活动都可以被转化成数据,将人们的隐私作为一种可获得、可利用的数据,确实对大数据时代的预测工作有一定的帮助。但是,近年来科技发展带来的隐私暴露问题进一步凸显,推动着人们去反思在大数据时代是否该放弃隐私这一命题。为隐私进行伦理辩护,从伦理视角进行反思,或许可以为如今我国在隐私保护方面的治理措施提供参考。
In the era of big data,all kinds of information can be used as a data in relevant analysis and prediction.including people's privacy.People's activities related to the network can be converted into data.Taking people's privacy as a kind of available and usable data is really helpful for the prediction work in the era of big data.However,in recent years,the problem of privacy exposure brought about by the development of technology has become more prominent,prompting people to reflect on whether to give up privacy in the era of big data.Ethical defense for privacy and reflection from an ethical perspective may provide reference for the governance measures in privacy protection in China today.
