摘要 传统医学教育模式下医学生临床思维能力的提高主要在见习实习阶段,对低年级学生临床思维能力培养的忽略,使得学生一味死板地学习书本内容,在临床思维方面训练甚少,且现阶段关于提高一二年级学生临床思维能力的探讨较少。通过对山东省某医学院大一、大二学生进行调查,分析当前临床思维能力水平现状及问题,并进一步探讨提高低年级医学生临床思维能力的策略,为促进教学模式转换,培养具有高水平的医疗人才提供新思路。 Traditional medical education mode of medical student's clinical thinking ability improved mainly in the trainee practice stage ignores the cultivation of the students in the lower grades, make it's blindly rigid to study the book content, little training in clinical thinking. And at present, there is less discussion on improving the clinical thinking ability of freshmen and sophomores. Articles of medical university freshman and sophomore students to investigate, analyze current situation and problems of the current clinical thinking ability, and to further explore strategies to raise the junior medical students' clinical thinking ability. In this way, it can provide new ideas for promoting the transformation of teaching mode and cultivating high-level medical talents.
