摘要
学分银行是在学分制的基础上发展起来的学习成果认证制度。虽然现阶段各地区域学分银行在制度建设、信息平台建设、资历框架建设、学习成果转换业务等方面取得了一定进展,但具体实施过程中还存在许多问题,在学分制改革背景下的区域学分银行建设依然面临着新的挑战。有必要通过构建完善的质量保障机制、进行校内学习成果转换试点、充分利用信息技术保障学习成果真实有效等方式促进区域学分银行的可持续发展。
Credit banks are developed on the basis of credit system. Although regional credit banks have made some progress in system construction, information platform construction, qualification framework construction, and learning achievement conversion business, etc., the construction of facilities is still insufficient. Thoroughly, the construction of regional credit banks under the background of the credit system reform is still facing new challenges. In this paper, a systematic study is carried out, and the process and status quo are analyzed.Countermeasures and recommendations for the sustainable development of credit banks are put forward in a targeted manner by constructing a sound quality assurance mechanism, conducting pilot transformation of innerschool learning outcomes, and making full use of information technology to ensure that learning outcomes were true and effective, etc.
