终身教育视域下区域性学分银行建设条件分析 被引量:2

摘要 随着构建终身教育体系的认知提升,建立"学习型社会"的教育目标日益明晰,搭建服务全民的终身学习"立交桥"极为必要。建设学分银行,可以打破学校与学校外教育之间互相割裂的壁垒,尤其在省级区域范围内建设学分银行,现实意义就更为重要。本研究在分析我国区域性学分银行建设条件基础上从两个维度展开,一是区域性学分银行认证体系的建设(包括学分标准的界定、学分转换规则的设计等);另一是区域性学分银行组织体系的建设以及保障体系的完善。 With the recognition of lifelong education system, establishing the educational goal of "learning society" has become increasingly clear, and building service of life-long learning "crossroad" has become very necessary. Constructing credit bank can break the barriers between inner-school and outer-school education. Constructing provincial credit bank is especially important in practical field. This paper makes exploration in two dimensions: one is the construction of regional credit bank certification system (including the definition of credit criteria and the design of credit transfer, etc.); the other is the construction of regional credit bank organizing system and improvement of support system.
