摘要
《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010—2020年)》中明确提出我国将在"继续教育"领域逐步构建并完善"学分累积与转换制度(学分银行制度)",文章较为全面地分析了韩国学分银行体系的产生背景、发展历程、运作过程及实施效果,通过学习他国的先进经验,从而为我国搭建终身教育"立交桥"及构建成人高等教育学分银行制度提出有益启示。
Chinese Medium and Long Term Educational Reform and Development Plan （2010 -2020） claims clearly that China will gradually build and improve ＂the Credit Accumulation and Transfer System （the Credit Bank System）＂ in the field of further education. This paper analyses the background, development, operation and implementation of the South Korea Credit Bank System and gives some useful enlightenments about building a life - long education overpass and the credit bank system of adult higher education by learning the advanced experiences from other countries.
