摘要
许多国家和地区积极探索在不同类型教育间建立以学分认证、积累和转换为主要内容的新型学习管理制度。国外经验和本土实践相结合,探索适合西安广播电视大学学分银行建设模型与路径,为学校内部各类教育之间以及与其他合作办学单位建立相互衔接与沟通的"立交桥"。形成组织机构及运行机制,保障学分银行业务有序开展;构建校学分银行信息平台,实现"学银"账户建立、学习成果存储、认证、转换业务信息化;以用促建,推进标准制定。
Many countries and regions in the world are positively exploring new learning administrative system featuring credit recognition, accumulation and transfer among various institutions. This paper combines foreign experience and local practice, explore the proper construction model and path of credit bank for Xi’an Radio and Television University, and establish an "overpass bridge" for interconnection and communication among all kinds of education within institution and between it and other cooperative educational institutions. Finally, organizational structure and operation mechanism are formed to ensure the orderly development of credit bank. We should build school credit bank information platform, realize the information of credit bank accounts, the storage, recognition,and transfer of learning results, make construction through use, and promote the formulation of standards.
