摘要
在中国酒店业迅速发展和酒店管理专业人才紧缺的背景下,本文通过分析酒店管理专业人才培养中存在的问题,提出:整合教学资源,突出技能培养;提升职业素养,培养应变能力;关注需求变化,合理安排周末;开展创新课程,迎合时代要求等,来进一步优化酒店管理专业的人才培养。
In the background of the rapid development of China's hotel industry and the shortage of hotel management professionals,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the training of hotel management professionals,and proposes the integration of teaching resources,highlights skills training,enhances professionalism,develops resilience,and pays attention to The demand changes,reasonable arrangements for the weekend,innovative courses,to meet the requirements of the times and so on,to optimize the talent management of hotel management further.
