摘要
为了顺应健康服务业的迅猛发展,近些年来我国部分高校先后开始探索健康管理专业人才的培养。本研究对健康服务业发展现状及部分高校人才培养现状进行了梳理。应用PubMed和CNKI期刊全文数据库检索系统,分别以"健康管理""人才培养"和"中医药"为关键词,检索2008-01-01-2018-07-31的相关文献,共检索到相关英文文献51篇,中文文献118篇;纳入标准:健康管理专业人才培养方案;健康服务业发展现状及问题;健康管理在中医领域的应用。依据纳入标准,符合条件的文献共30篇。结果分析表明,健康管理专业的学科建设依然落后于健康管理服务实践,人才培养方案尚未形成统一标准。慢性病人群及老年人群对健康管理需求的缺口较大,人才短缺成为制约行业发展的瓶颈。以山东中医药高等专科学校为例,高校可以充分发挥中医药优势,为培养具有中医特色的健康管理专业人才提供参考。
In order to adapt to the rapid development of the health service industry,some colleges have begun to explore the talents cultivation of health management recent years in China.We review the newest research on health service industry and talents training in some colleges.PubMed and CNKI database have been searched with health management as key words,and a total of 51 English references,118 Chinese references were retrieved from January 1,2008 to July 31,2018.The inclusion criteria were as the following:Health management personnel training program;The status quo and problems of the development of the health service industry;Application of health management in Traditional Chinese Medicine.30 references met the inclusion criteria.The results show that the discipline construction of health management majors still lags behind the practice of health management service.Personnel training programs have not been standardized.There is a large gap in the demand for health management among the chronically ill and the elderly.The shortage of talents has become a bottleneck that restricts the development of the industry.Taking Shandong College of Traditional Chinese Medicine as an example,it provides reference for training health management professionals with Chinese Medicine characteristics by taking the advantages of Chinese Medicine fully.
