新型含醛基两性聚氨酯复鞣剂的制备与性能 被引量:6

摘要 以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、聚四氢呋喃醚二醇(PTMG)、2,4-二羟基苯甲醛(DDBA)、N-甲基二乙醇胺(N-MDEA)和2,2-二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)为原料,通过聚加成反应制得一种新型含醛基两性聚氨酯(AAPU)复鞣剂.利用红外光谱(FT-IR)、纳米粒度仪和透射电镜分别对AAPU复鞣剂的结构、AAPU乳液的粒径、带电情况及胶粒形貌进行表征.再将AAPU复鞣剂应用于植鞣轻革的复鞣中,考察其对坯革与阴离子染料的结合能力及坯革性能的影响.结果表明,AAPU复鞣剂具有预期的结构.乳液平均粒径为42.6nm,等电点为5.16,具有明显的两性,乳胶粒呈较规则球型.复鞣试验结果表明,AAPU复鞣剂提高了坯革与阴离子染料的结合能力,经过AAPU复鞣剂处理后的坯革,其对染料的吸收率高达99%,染色浴液透明清亮;坯革染色均匀、色泽饱满,K/S值、坯革增厚率以及物理机械性能均高于传统丙烯酸树脂复鞣剂处理后的坯革,表明AAPU复鞣剂对植鞣轻革具有良好的复鞣性能. An new amphoteric polyurethane retanning agent containing aldehyde groups(AAPU)was prepared by polyaddition reaction of isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI),polytetra-hydrofuran glycol(PTMG),2,4-dihydroxybenzaldehyde,2,2-dihydroxymethylpropionic acid(DMPA)and N-methyldiethanolamine(N-MDEA).The structure of AAPU was character-ized by FT-IR.The particle size,charge characteristic and morphology of latex particles were measured by nano particle size meter and transmission electron microscopy,respectively.Then,AAPU was applied as a retanning agent in less vegetable tanning system to investigate its effect on dye-binding capacity of the retanned vegetable leather and physical and mechanical propertiesof the crust leather.Results showed that the product had the expected structure.AAPU latex particles presented regular sphere with an average diameter of 42.6 nm.Its isoelectric point was 5.16.The application trial indicated that the AAPU retanning agent can improve the binding capacity between leather and anion dye in the retanning process.The dye absorption rate of the crust leather was up to 99% and the dyeing liquor was clear.Further-more,color of the crust leather was uniform and full and its K/S value,thickening rate and physical-mechanical properties were higher than that of the retanned leather by acrylic resin retanning agent.The above results show that AAPU possesses the good retanning property in less vegetable tanning system.
