摘要
将酸性酶DOWELLZYM AL/AH/HR分别应用于牛皮蓝湿革的酶软化过程中,探讨酶软化对蓝湿革机械性能、卫生性能及染色性能的影响。通过酸性酶的软化处理,胶原纤维得到有效松散,改善了成革卫生性能,染料吸收率提高了16.4%。
The acid enzymes DOWELLZYM AL/AH/HR were used in the bating process of wet blue.The mechanical, sanitary and dyeing properties of bated wet blue were analyzed. By bating process,collagen fibers of wet blue were loosed sufficiently, the sanitary property was improved. At the same time, the dye molecular uptake rate was increased by 16.4%.
