摘要
为了实现竹材的高效和高值化利用,将竹材截断成0.5~2 m的竹筒;去除竹筒内节,在竹青和竹黄层处理、纵向开槽后,对其进行160~200℃高温饱和蒸汽软化处理4~10 min,然后在竹材展平机上进行连续化展平处理;展平过程中竹黄面可以实施通过均匀分布交错的线槽或孔眼释放应力,以获得无裂纹的平面竹板材;展平后对竹板材进行干燥定型处理,即制得平整的无裂缝展平竹板。展平竹板可应用于竹地板、装饰板、复合板等加工制造,该竹筒无裂纹展平生产技术可提高竹材资源利用率,降低胶黏剂用量和能耗,降低产品成本,对毛竹材新产品开发具有借鉴意义。
For the high utilization of bamboo,a new manufacturing technique of flattening was investigated in this paper.The detailed manufacturing process was:bamboo was first cut into the length of 0.5-2 meters;and the inner knot in bamboo was cut off;the treated bamboo was softened for 4-10 minutes in hot saturated steam(temperature was 160-200℃)after removing the out and inner layer of bamboo and slotting;the softened bamboo was flattened on the special machine.Evenly distributed and staggered trunking or perforation was produced on the inner layer of bamboo during the flattening process to release stress,which was beneficial to obtain a crackfree flattened bamboo board;finally,the flatted bamboo board without crevasse could be got after being fixed by drying.The flattened bamboo board can be used to produce bamboo flooring,decorative plate and composite board,and be of a great importance for the utilization of bamboo.Furthermore,the flattening technique can reduce the use of adhesives and energy consumption,that is,reduced production cost.This technique provides more possibility for developing more bamboo-based products.
