摘要
考察了P(AA-PU-CA)共聚物的复鞣效果,研究发现P(AA-PU-CA)共聚物对皮革具有选择填充作用,能有效降低皮革部位差率且对皮革有较好的增厚作用。P(AA-PU-CA)共聚物可以很好地渗透到革坯内部,复鞣后革坯的粒面状况都较为紧实细腻。随着共聚物中丙烯酸组分含量的增加,对阴离子性染料的吸收率逐渐降低。坯革的耐碱性能随着共聚物中醛基含量的增加越来越强。
The retanning properties of P( AA -PU -CA) copolymer were investigated. The results show that the copolymer has good filling and thickening properties, and could reduce the location difference efficiently. P( AA -PU -CA) copolymer can penetrate into the leather, which makes the grain tightness of the leather compactive. With the increase of acrylic acid in the co- polymer, the absorptivity to the anionic dye decreases. The leather retanned by P( AA -PU- CA) copolymer has good alkali re- sistance, which increases as the increase in the content of crotonaldehyde in the copolymers.
