摘要
以蓖麻油为原料经过酯交换反应、硫酸化反应和季铵化反应,生成新型季铵型两性表面活性剂,通过含氮量的测定,优化了反应合成条件,对其结构进行了表征,并对其加脂性能进行初步研究。试验结果表明:此加脂剂具有良好的渗透、加脂、结合性能。
The castor oil was modified by a series of reactions, such as ester-exchange, sulfuric and etherification. The reaction conditions were optimized by measuring! content of nirtrogen. The amphoteric surfactant was synthesized and the reaction conditions were deeply studied. The structure of product was characterized by FT - IR. The application experiment was carried out. The fatliquor has showed the excellent properties of permeability, fatliquoring and bonding.
