摘要
本文针对铰链四杆机构的教学现状,应用数值仿真技术,开发了铰链四杆机构运动仿真实验平台,该平台实现了机构运动的动态仿真,可绘制机构的位移、速度和加速度线图,查看连杆曲线。通过软件界面,可以方便地更改机构参数,获得不同运动形式的机构。对调动学生积极性、提高教学效率具有良好的效果,适用于机械原理的仿真实验和教学演示。
By considering the teaching status of four-bar linkage mechanism,applying numerical simulation technique,a motion simulation experiment platform for four-bar linkage mechanism was developed,which realized the dynamic simulation of the mechanism motion,with the display of displacement,velocity and acceleration charts and the observation of the linkage curve.The parameters of the mechanism can be easily altered via the software interface to obtain mechanism of various forms.It greatly activates the students and effectively improves the efficiency in teaching and learning.Therefore it is suitable for simulation experiment and teaching demonstration for the course of principle of machinery.
