摘要
压裂泵是采用压裂法开采页岩气所需的关键设备,目前基本上依赖进口。为实现对该类关键设备的自主研发创新,针对压裂泵结构复杂、设计计算烦琐的特点,应用虚拟样机技术对压裂泵的扭矩变化规律进行分析。通过建立仿真模型,导入专业数值仿真软件,添加连接、约束、驱动和激励条件,对三缸压裂泵的扭矩变化进行仿真,得出扭矩变化的曲线和数值;通过与解析法所得结果相比,验证仿真结果的准确性。结果表明,虚拟样机仿真技术不仅适用于压裂泵的扭矩分析,而且适用于其他类似结构计算分析,为复杂泵的自主研发、设计和优化提供重要参考。
Fracturing pump is the key equipment for the shale gas mining with fracturing method, but at present, the pump mainly relies on import. In order to realize the independent development of the key equipment, this study analyzes the torque variation pattern of the pump by adopting the virtual prototyping technology in accordance with the characteristics of the pump such as the complex structures and the tedious design calculations. Numerical simulations of the torque on the three-cylinder pump are performed to obtain the torque variation curves and values, where the simulation model is created, the professional numerical simulation software is introduced and the conditions for connection, restriction, driving and excitation are added. The comparison with the analytical results validates the accuracy of the simulation result. It shows that the virtual prototyping simulation technology is not only suitable for the torque analysis of the fracturing pump but also suitable for the calculation analysis of other similar structures. It provides an important reference for the independent development, design and optimization of complicated pumps.
