摘要
针对传统的四连杆机构设计过程复杂、计算误差较大问题,利用ADAMS软件对四连杆机构进行了实体建模。介绍了虚拟样机技术和ADAMS软件实体建模的方法和过程,并进行了运动学仿真。在设计和分析中将仿真得到的实验数据和理论计算结果进行了对比,数据结果显示基本一致,验证了ADAMS对四连杆机构设计及运动学分析方法的正确性。
The design process of the four-bar linkage mechanism is complicated,and the calculation error is large.ADAMS software is used to build model of the four linkage mechanism.The method and process of ADAMS software modeling of the entity are introduced,and the kinematics simulation is carried out.Simulation in the design and analysis of experimental data and theoretical calculation results are compared.The data verifies the correctness of the design and kinematics analysis method of four bar linkage using ADAMS.
