200名实习护生在线学习投入得分水平分析 被引量:12

摘要 目的了解实习护生的在线学习投入情况。方法采用便利抽样方法,于2016年6月—2017年3月选取某医科大学在广州市内实习的护生作为调查对象,采用自行设计的一般资料问卷和远程学生学习投入量表对其进行调查。结果实习护生在线学习投入总均分为(2.70±1.07)分。各维度条目均分分别为:行为投入维度(2.69±1.23)分,认知投入维度(2.68±1.02)分。情感投入维度(2.73±1.03)分。不同生源地、实习时间、实习医院等级、学习场所是否在家庭、学习工具是否用手机、学习工具是否用电脑、学习工具是否用ipad的实习护生,其在线学习投入得分情况比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论本组实习护生在线学习投入处在中等偏下水平,仍需继续加强。建议教育者从增加认知投入考核指标、注重学习过程中的辅导、加强在线学习培训等方面着手,从而提高实习护生的在线学习投入。 Objective To investigate the online learning engagement of intern nursing students.Methods A convenient sampling method was used to select samples.The respondents were nursing students of a medical university having practice in different hospitals in Guangzhou from June2016to March2017.The survey was conducted by using the self-designed general information questionnaire and student engagement in distance education scale.Results The total average score of online learning engagement was(2.70±1.07)and the average score of behavior input,cognitive input and emotional input was(2.69±1.23),(2.68±1.02),and(2.73±1.03)respectively.The scores of online learning engagement had statistical significance(P<0.05)in terms of hometown of the students,internship time,internship hospital grade,whether learning at home,whether learning with mobile phones,computers and iPad.Conclusion The intern nursing students’online learning engagement in this study is in the mediate or below level and still needs to be strengthened.More assessment indexes of cognition engagement and more online learning training and guidance will be conducive to the promotion of nursing interns’online learning engagement.
