摘要
目的探讨宫旁组织间插植术联合腔内后装放疗治疗中晚期宫颈癌患者的近期疗效和不良反应。方法入组80例接受放疗的中晚期宫颈癌患者,按照随机原则分为观察组和对照组,每组40例,所有患者均给予相同增敏化疗。对照组40例给予盆腔外照射及单纯腔内后装放疗,观察组40例给予盆腔外照射及宫旁组织间插植术联合腔内后装放疗。比较观察2组近期疗效和不良反应。结果观察组总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组不良反应均以膀胱炎和直肠炎为主,观察组治疗后各时间段放射性膀胱炎和放射性直肠炎发生率均稍低于对照组,但差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。结论宫旁组织间插植术联合腔内后装放疗治疗中晚期宫颈癌安全有效,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the short-term efficacy and toxicities of parametrial interstitial brachytherapy combined with intracavitary brachytherapy in the treatment of patients with advanced cervical cancer.Methods Eighty patients with locally advanced cervical cancer treated with radiotherapy were randomly divided into the observation group(n=40)and the control group(n=40).All the patients received the same regimen of sensitizing chemotherapy.Forty patients in the control group received external pelvic irradiation and intracavitary brachytherapy,and40patients in the observation group was treated with external pelvic irradiation and parametrial interstitial brachytherapy combined with intracavitary brachytherapy.The clinical efficacy and toxicities were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The main toxicities after treatment in the two groups were radiation cystitis and radiation rectitis,there was no statistical difference in the radiation cystitis and radiation rectitis between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Parametrial interstitial brachytherapy combined with intracavitary brachytherapy is effect and safe in the treatment of patients with advanced cervical cancer.
