摘要
目的通过电离室矩阵对高剂量率后装插植治疗技术的剂量分布进行验证,探讨后装机插植治疗的剂量验证方法。方法首先使用井形电离室对放射源进行活度测量,保证绝对剂量的准确性,然后在电离室矩阵表面设置4根插植针,分别设计5种不同分布情况的计划,使用模拟计划执行测量,并将测量结果与计划中的剂量分布结果进行对比。结果井形电离室测量的活度与计算活度偏差为5%,5例验证计划通过率均为90%以上。结论井形电离室可用于放射源到位精度检测,电离室矩阵可用于验证插植治疗的相对剂量分布,且具有操作方便、使用快捷、成本低等优点。
Objective With verification of the dose distribution of high dose rate implantation brachytherapy by ionization chamber matrix,the dose verification method for implantation brachytherapy was investigated.Methods First,the well-type ionization chamber was used to measure the activity of the radioactive source to ensure the accuracy of the absolute dose.Then,four needles were stick on the surface of the ionization chamber matrix,and five different distribution plans were designed.The simulation plan was used to perform the measurement,and the measurement results were compared with the planned dose distribution results.Results The deviation between the measured activity in well-type ionization chamber and the calculated activity was within 5%,and the pass rate of 5 cases validation plan was above 90%.Conclusions The well-type ionization chamber can be used to detect the accuracy of radioactive sources in place,and the ionization chamber matrix can be used to verify the relative dose distribution of implantation therapy.Moreover,it has the advantages of convenient operation,quick use and low cost.
