摘要
为解决儿童碰撞试验中P1.5儿童假人颈部伤害数据匮乏,导致相关测评方法、标准制定提出颈部伤害限值困难的问题,本文进行了P1.5儿童假人与Q1.5儿童假人正面碰撞对比试验,建立了假人头颈部受力分析模型,分析假人颈部受力情况,并利用Q1.5儿童假人试验数据完善并验证了模型。应用该方法可预测P1.5儿童假人颈部损伤水平,补充P1.5假人试验中颈部伤害数据的匮乏,增加儿童颈部伤害可用数据量。
It is difficult to propose the neck injury limits for assessment method and standard as a result of lack of data on neck injuries of P1.5child dummy in the children's crash test.In order to solve this problem,comparison tests of P1.5child dummy and Q1.5child dummy were carried out,and the analysis model of the neck stress was established,also the force applied to the head and neck of the dummy was analyzed.The model was perfected and verified by the data of Q1.5,and was used to predict the neck injury of P1.5child dummy which can fill in the gaps in child neck injury of the existing test database and increase the amount of data available for child neck injury.
