驾驶人乘坐姿态与头部损伤的相关性分析 被引量:2

摘要 作为一种有效的被动安全保护装置,汽车安全气囊可以有效减轻乘员碰撞时的减速冲击和二次碰撞力,但同时气囊在展开的过程中也可能会对人体造成一定程度的损伤。为了研究离位人员在车辆碰撞中的头部损伤情况,基于乘坐姿态对于气囊弹开时对头部冲击的重要性,不同的乘坐姿态会对头部损伤产生不同的影响。采用50百分位的HybridⅢ型假人模型,在LS-DYNA中设置了5种不同的坐姿研究其对头部损伤的影响。结果表明:在设置的试验条件下,身体坐姿(座椅角度)为100°时对假人头部造成的损伤最小。 As an effective passive safety protection device, the occupant restraint system of automobile airbags can effectively reduce the deceleration collision and secondary collision force during occupant collisions, but at the same time, the airbag may also cause a certain degree of damage to the human body during the deployment process. In order to study the head injury of the off-site personnel in a collision, based on the importance of the riding posture to the impact on the head when the airbag bounces, different riding postures have different effects on the head injury. Using the 50 th percentile Hybrid Ⅲ dummy model, five different sitting postures were set up in LS-DYNA to study the effect of their on head injury. The results show that under the set test conditions, the head injury of the dummy is minimal when the body sitting(seat angle) is 100°.
