摘要
为有效复现偏置碰撞儿童安全座椅实车试验,设计了一种台车试验方法。通过归类国家车辆事故深度调查体系(NAIS)中涉及儿童乘员的事故案例,对车辆碰撞重叠率、碰撞速度及儿童乘员受伤情况进行了分析;通过偏置碰撞实车试验,分析了儿童在偏置碰撞下的运动学响应及损伤参数,运用CAE开展了台车试验。结果表明,此台车试验方法可有效复现偏置碰撞儿童安全座椅实车试验,且满足法规要求。
In order to reproduce the actual vehicle test of child safety seat in offset crash effectively,a sled test method was designed.Through the classification of accident cases involving child occupants in the National Vehicle Accident Depths Investigation System(NAIS),vehicle crash overlap rates,crash speeds,and child occupant injuries were analyzed;child’s kinematic response and injury parameters under offset crash were analyzed through real vehicle offset crash test.Then CAE simulation was used to determine the boundary conditions of the offset crash sled test,then the sled test was carried out.The results show that this sled test method can effectively replicate the real vehicle test of child seats in offset crash and meet the regulatory requirements.
