摘要
C-NCAP对于儿童乘员保护的重视程度越来越高,在最新版C-NCAP中,增加了儿童座椅静态评价。作为新引入的项目,2021版C-NCAP中的儿童座椅静态评价对各家车企来说非常陌生。本文目的在于帮助汽车工程师更好的理解该评价中的检查要点和意义,提升车辆儿童保护性能。本文简述了Euro-NCAP和C-NCAP中关于儿童保护评价的发展概况,对2021版C-NCAP儿童座椅静态评价相关项目、检查要点及检查意义进行了深入探讨分析,列举了评价过程中的常见问题和解决方案供车企参考。其中,ISOFIX标识和儿童座椅兼容性出现问题概率较大,现阶段车辆普遍未配置儿童座椅通讯功能。
The C-NCAP pays more and more attention to child occupant protection. In the latest version of C-NCAP, the static assessment of CRS(child restraint system) is added,which is very strange to Automobile Manufacturers as a newly introduced project. The aim of this study is to help Automotive Engineers better understand the inspections and significance in the assessment and improve the child protection performance of vehicles. This paper briefly describes the development of Euro NCAP and C-NCAP on child occupant protection assessment, deeply discusses and analyzes the relevant assessment items and inspection points,and lists the common problems and solutions in the evaluation process for vehicle enterprises’ reference. Among them, there is a high probability of problems with ISOFIX logo and CRS compatibility. At this stage, vehicles are generally not equipped with the CRS communication function.
