摘要
以MG-2×125/571-WD采煤机为实例,介绍了采煤机的装煤原理,分析了影响装煤效率的因素,得出叶片螺旋角度最佳值和牵引速度、滚筒转速的最佳组合值,以期为提高井下采煤效率提供必要的技术参考。
Taking the MG-2×125/571-WD shearer as an example,this paper introduced the principle of coal loading of coal mining machine,analyzed the factors affecting coal loading efficiency and obtained the optimal value of blade spiral angle and the optimal combination value of traction speed and roller speed,in order to provide the necessary technical reference for improving the efficiency of underground coal mining.
