摘要
通过对薄煤层采煤机滚筒装煤性能的参数分析,并结合滚筒装煤的力学、运动学分析,得出了滚筒理论装煤量和装煤效率的表达式。在此基础上,分析了10902工作面装煤效率低的原因,并对采煤机滚筒参数进行成功改进,解决了采煤机滚筒装煤效率低的难题,提高了工作面的生产效益,为滚筒设计提供了可靠依据。
Based on parameter analysis of the thin coal seam shearer coaling capacity, and the analysis of coaling drum mechanics and kinematics, draw and study the expression of the theory 's coaling volume and coaling efficiency. On the basis, find out the reasons for the low efficiency of the 10902 working face coaling, and improved successfully the parameters of the machine drum, solved the low efficiency problem of coaling, improving the coal face for subsequent production benefit, drum design reference. It provided the reliable basis for the drum design.
