摘要
利用ANSYS中的LS-DYNA模块对采煤机滚筒截割煤层的过程进行模拟分析,在给定不同的滚筒截割速度和牵引速度的情况下,得到了各工况滚筒载荷时程曲线及其平均值和波动系数。分析研究了滚筒转速与牵引速度对其负载的影响,为进一步研究两运动参数的匹配关系提供了理论依据。
Using the LS-DYNA module of ANSYS obtain the time-history curves of each drum load and its average value and fluctuation coefficient, while shearer drum cutting coal seam is simulated and analyzed on the different situations i.e. the different cutting speed and traction speed. Analysis of the impact of the drum rotation speed and traction speed on the load, provide theoretical basis for matching relation between motion parameters for further research.
