摘要
采煤机工作机构的切削参数，影响机器的能量消耗和生产效率，本文仅就切削参数对能耗的影响进行了分析，确定了合理的切削参数范围，根据采煤机电动机动力参数和工作机构运动参数的运算，求出符合于该切削参数范围的工作机构传动装置的传动比。
The parameters of cutting drum affect the energy consumption and efficiency of shearer. The paper analyzes and calculates their effect on energy consumption for determination of optimal cutting parameters. Based on calculation of power parameters of electric motor and kinematic parameters of the cutting drum,the optimal transmission ratio of the drive of cutting drum in conformity with the cutting parameters can be obtained.
