摘要
建设独立学院是我国高等教育教学发展的需要,也是深化高等院校办学机制改革的必经之路。因此,独立学院从精英教学到大众化教学,从小规模到大规模办学,其教学管理队伍的构建与教学管理都呈现不同的特性。随着高等院校教育改革的深化,独立学院也应该与时俱进,以应用型本科人才培养为导向,完善、创新以往教学管理队伍,这样不仅有利于学生的成长成才,同时能够促进独立学院的长期发展。基于此,着重分析应用型本科人才培养的内涵与构建教学管理队伍的必要性,进一步阐述独立学院教学管理队伍存在的问题,并提出基于应用型本科人才培养的独立学院教学管理队伍建设策略。
The establishment of independent colleges is the need of the development of higher education teaching in our country,and it is also the essential way to deepen the mechanism of running colleges and universities.Therefore,the independent college has different characteristics in the construction of its teaching management team and teaching management,from elite teaching to popular teaching,and from small scale to large-scale school running.With the deepening of education reformin the institutions of higher learning,independent colleges should also advance with the times,take the cultivation of applied undergraduate talent as orientation,and improve and innovate the previous teaching management team.This will not only help the growth of students,but also promote the longterm development of independent colleges.Therefore,this paper focuses on the analysis of the connotation of application-oriented undergraduate talent cultivation and the necessity of constructing a teaching management team to discuss the problems existing in the teaching management team of independent colleges.It also proposes the strategies for the construction of an independent college teaching management team based on application-oriented undergraduate training.
