摘要
激光治疗病理性瘢痕的机制包括破坏瘢痕内血管、抑制胶原合成,目前临床常用激光包括CO_2激光、脉冲染料激光、1064 nm Nd:YAG激光等。本文对常用激光对病理性瘢痕的治疗进行了综述。
The mechanism of laser treatment for pathological scars includes the destruction of blood vessels in the scars and inhibition of collagen synthesis.The common laser treatment includes CO 2 laser,pulsed dye laser and 1064 nm Nd:YAG laser.The application of laser treatment for pathological scars is reviewed in this paper.
