摘要
目的探讨会阴部早期瘢痕防治对患者性功能康复的临床效果。方法回顾性选取2018年6月—2019年10月廉江市人民医院收治的62例会阴部瘢痕增生的男性患者,根据会阴部瘢痕增生时期分为治疗组(会阴部早期瘢痕患者)和对照组(会阴部成熟期瘢痕患者),每组各31例。治疗组采用压力治疗和外用药物(硅酮制剂)等方法治疗,对照组则采用手术切除、药物治疗等方法治疗。使用国际勃起功能指数(international erectile function index,IIEF-5)评估患2组治疗前后性功能状况;采用温哥华瘢痕量表(Vancouver scar scal,VSS)进行治疗前后瘢痕评分。结果治疗前后治疗组的IIEF-5评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者治疗后VSS四项评分均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后治疗组色泽评分、血管分布评分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论早期防治能够更好地恢复患者的性功能和改善会阴部瘢痕状况。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of prevention and treatment of early perineal scar on sexual function rehabilitation.Methods 62 cases of male patients with perineal scar hyperplasia in our hospital from June 2018 to October 2019 were retrospectively selected and divided into treatment group(early perineal scar patients)and control group(mature perineal scar patients)according to the period of perineal scar hyperplasia,31 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with pressure therapy and topical drugs(silicone preparation),while the control group was treated with surgical resection and drug therapy.The international erectile function index(IIEF-5)was used to evaluate the sexual function of the two groups before and after treatment.Results the IIEF-5 score of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the four VSS scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the color score and vascular distribution score of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion Early prevention and treatment of perineum can better restore the sexual function and improve the condition of perineal scar.
