摘要
糖工程是研究糖缀合物糖链的结构、功能和代谢调控及其应用的一门包括生命科学与化学的交叉前沿学科。糖工程技术已经广泛地应用于医药、农业、食品、化工、能源、环保等领域。对全球酶法制糖公开专利进行检索,从专利公开趋势、区域分布、研发机构分布等内容进行了分析。基于专利分析,对我国酶法制糖产业技术的发展提出参考建议。
Glycotechnology is a cross-cutting discipline that studies the structure,function,and metabolic regulation of glycoconjugates and sugar chains and their applications,including life sciences and chemistry.The glycotechnology has been widely used in medicine,agriculture,food,chemical,energy,environmental protection and other fields.This paper searches the global patents for enzymatic sugar production,and analyzes the trends of patent disclosure,regional distribution,and distribution of research and development institutions.Based on patent analysis,the paper puts forward some suggestions for the development of China's enzymatic methods for carbohydrate industry.
