摘要
目的通过分析专科质控护理措施为血液科患者诊疗过程中的并发症预防提供临床指导。方法选取80例血液科化疗患者,按照入院ID号随机分为研究组和对照组各40例,对照组采用常规护理措施,研究组采用血液科专科质控护理措施。护理3个月后,比较分析2组患者的并发症及心理状况,并对患者出院时的满意度进行评估分析。结果研究组患者意外脱管、导管相关性感染及医源性皮肤损伤的发生率低于对照组(P <0. 05);护理前,2组患者的SAS、SDS评分无显著性差异(P> 0. 05);护理后,2组患者的SAS、SDS评分均显著降低(P <0. 05),且研究组低于对照组(P <0. 05)。研究组患者对护理的满意率高于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论专科质控护理措施可以降低血液科患者并发症发生率,改善患者心理及满意度。
Objective To provide the clinical guidance in prevention of complications of patients in department of hematology.Methods A total of 80 patients receiving chemotherapy in department of hematology were randomly divided into study group and control group according to ID number.The control group used routine nursing measures,while the study group received quality control nursing measures.After 3-month nursing,the complications,satisfaction and psychological status of the two groups were compared.Results The incidences of accidental detachment,catheter-related infection and iatrogenic skin injury in the study group were significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before nursing,there were no significant difference in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were significantly reduced(P<0.05),and the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Specialized quality control nursing measures can significantly reduce the incidence of complications of patients,and improve the psychological and satisfaction of patients.
