摘要
目的分析血液科化疗患者蚊虫叮咬足部后的护理效果,总结护理经验。方法从该院血液科在2017年1月—2019年1月期间诊治的蚊虫叮咬足部化疗患者当中随机抽取22例患者作为该次研究对象,积极对患者进行针对性治疗和护理,并严密观察患者的生命体征,是否出现并发症,统计护理结果。结果 22例患者,经过相应的治疗和护理,20例患者符合出院标准,2例患者出现脓肿情况,行脓肿切开引流术治疗,好转出院。22例患者,对护理非常满意16例,基本满意4例,不满意2例,满意度为90.91%。结论和一般患者相比,血液科化疗患者的免疫力低下,在蚊虫叮咬足部之后,容易出现感染等症状,需要及时采取相对应的护理措施,密切关注患者各项生命体征的变化,保护患者的生命健康安全。
Objective To analyze the nursing effect of mosquito bite foot in patients with blood chemotherapy and summarize nursing experience.Methods 22 patients were randomly selected from the blood Department of our hospital during the period of January 2017 to January 2019,as the subject of this study,the patients were actively targeted for treatment and nursing,and the patients’vital signs were closely observed,whether there were complications and statistical nursing results.Results 22 patients,after the corresponding treatment and nursing,20 patients met the discharge standard,2 cases of abscess,an abscess incision and drainage treatment,improved discharge.In 22 patients,16 cases were very satisfied with nursing,4 cases were basically satisfied,2 cases were not satisfied,and the satisfaction degree was 90.91%.Conclusion Compared with the general human,the immunity of patients with blood chemotherapy is low,after the mosquito bites the foot,prone to infection and other symptoms,it is necessary to take timely and corresponding nursing measures,pay close attention to the changes in the patient’s vital signs,to protect the health and safety of patients.
