摘要
依据南通职业大学汽车与交通工程学院汽车检测与维修技术专业同南通宝诚汽车销售服务有限公司的校企合作,组建"宝诚宝马班",实施汽车检测与维修技术专业现代学徒制的联合招生培养工作。通过分析汽车检测与维修技术专业实施现代学徒制的必要性,研究合作企业选择、学徒选拔,双导师职责与管理、人才培养模式调整、学徒岗位细化、校企共同考核等整个实施过程,最后总结在实施过程中遇到的问题并提出了相关的对策。
According to the school-enterprise cooperation between automobile testing and maintenance technology specialty of Nantong Vocational University and Nantong Baozeng automobile sales and service Co.,Ltd.,baozenBMW class is formed for implementing automobile testing and maintenance technology specialty cooperative enrollment and training students.By analyzing the necessity of implementing modern apprenticeship in automotive inspection and maintenance technology,the entire implementation process of cooperative enterprise selection,apprentice selection,dual tutor responsibilities,talent training mode adjustment,apprenticeship refinement,school-enterprise joint assessment,etc.is studied,finally,the problems encountered in the implementation process are summarized and related countermeasures are proposed.
