摘要
澳大利亚新学徒制和英国现代学徒制是各自国家适应经济社会和教育发展变化的产物,均具有独特性和代表性。它们所取得的成功,来自于对古老的学徒制度的批判继承和创新。两国学徒制的成功之处,均在于加强政府主导作用、以经济需求为导向、制定政策鼓励企业参与新学徒制活动、灵活多样的培训内容和形式等,对我国职业技术教育与培训有较大的借鉴意义。
Both the Australian New Apprentice System and the British Modern Apprentice System are the products of their own economic and educational devel-opment, thus being unique and representative. Their success can be attributed to their critical inheritance and innovation from the old apprentice system. In both cases, governments' dominating role is gradually strengthened with economic needs as their orientation, developing new policies to encourage enterprises to participate in activities of the new apprentice system, having flexible and diverse training contents and forms. These are greater reference for China's vocational edu- cation and training.
