摘要
以苏州某三级综合医院为例,对不同阶段的日间手术激励机制进行探索,总结了医院开展日间手术的主要做法、取得的成效和面临的问题。通过建立绩效奖励、注重其公平性,纳入绩效考核体系以及正负向激励相结合等措施,逐步提高日间手术的数量和质量,全面推进日渐手术的开展,为我国日间手术绩效管理提供经验借鉴。
As an important means of improving medical service and medical reform,day surgery has been carried out widely in public hospitals,but it still has low rate of development.How to use the motivation theories,establish and perfect incentive mechanism,and arouse the enthusiasm of medical staff to improve the quantity and quality of day surgery,is the most attention to the fine management of the hospital administrators.This article takes a tertiary general hospital A in Suzhou as an example,compares the contents,results and problems of different incentive mechanism of different periods.It would provide the experience for the management of day surgery in China.
