摘要
目的:构建适用于日间手术绩效评价的指标框架。方法:采用文献分析法和德尔菲法对相关领域的医疗工作人员以及专家学者进行两轮问卷调查,遴选评价指标。结果:建立了5个维度18项指标的日间手术绩效评价指标框架,5个维度分别包括医疗服务能力、医疗服务效率、医疗服务质量与安全、运营效率以及满意度。结论:构建的日间手术绩效评价体系具有现实意义,具有一般评估指标框架的特点,着重质量提升兼顾效率考核,同时关注患者获得感指标,可以为日间绩效评价体系的深入研究提供基础。
Objective:Establish an indicator framework that can be used for performance evaluation of day surgery.Methods:Two rounds of questionnaire surveys were conducted among medical staff,experts and scholars in related fields by using literature analysis and the Delphi method.Results:The day surgery performance evaluation index framework with 5 dimensions and 18 indicators was established.The 5 dimensions included medical serviceability,medical service efficiency,medical service quality and safety,surgery efficiency and satisfaction.Conclusion:The day surgery performance evaluation system has practical significance and has the characteristics of general evaluation index framework.It focuses on quality improvement,takes into account efficiency evaluation,and pays attention to patients’ sense of gain,which can provide a basis for the in-depth research of daytime performance evaluation system.
