摘要
目的探讨银屑病患者Th17细胞相关因子及白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、可溶性白细胞介素-2受体(SIL-2R)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的检测意义。方法选取2016年1月至2017年12月于该院就诊的60例银屑病患者作为观察组,选取同期于该院体检的健康成年人60例作为对照组,检测各组对象的IL-6、IL-17、IL-23、转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)、IL-2、SIL-2R以及TNF-α水平,所有患者均行银屑病严重程度指数(PASI)评分,并做PASI评分与细胞因子水平的相关性分析。结果观察组IL-6、IL-17、IL-23的水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的TGF-β水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的IL-2水平低于对照组,SIL-2R、TNF-α水平高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。PASI评分与IL-6、IL-17、IL-23呈显著正相关(P<0.05),与TGF-β呈显著负相关(P<0.05)。结论银屑病患者Th17细胞相关因子及IL-2、SIL-2R、TNF-α均表达异常,且银屑病严重程度与Th17细胞相关因子关联密切。
Objective To investigate the significance of Th17 cell related factors and IL-2,SIL-2R and TNF-αin patients with psoriasis.Methods From January 2016 to December 2017,60 psoriasis patients in our hospital were selected as the observation group,60 healthy adults in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.The levels of IL-6,IL-17,IL-23,TGF-β,IL-2,SIL-2R,and TNF-αin each group were detected.All patients were treated with psoriasis severity index(PASI)score,and the correlation between the PASI score and the level of cytokines was analyzed.Results The levels of IL-6,IL-17 and IL-23 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of TGF-βin the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of IL-2 in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the level of SIL-2R and TNF-αwas higher than that of the control group,and the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).The PASI score was significantly positively correlated with IL-6,IL-17 and IL-23(P<0.05),and had a significant negative correlation with TGF-β(P<0.05).Conclusion The Th17 cell related factors and IL-2,SIL-2R,and TNF-αin psoriasis were all abnormal,and the severity of psoriasis was closely associated with Th17 cell related factors.
