摘要
目的探讨复方甘草酸苷联合阿维A治疗寻常型银屑病的效果。方法按照Cochrane系统评价的方法,检索下列数据库:中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、美国全科医学文献数据库(Medline)、万方数据库,维普数据库、PubMed和Springer Link全文数据库,检索时限均为1996年1月至2012年12月,收集所有相关随机对照试验文献,采用Cochrane协作网提供的软件Revman 4.2进行Meta分析。结果经过筛选,共纳入8个临床对照试验805例患者。Meta分析结果显示复方甘草酸苷联合阿维A较单纯阿维A治疗寻常型银屑病效果更为明显(OR=2.45,95%CI为1.80~3.33,P<0.01)。2组治疗后PASI评分较治疗前都降低,但是复方甘草酸苷联合阿维A组较阿维A组降低更为明显(RR=-2.12,95%CI为-2.60^-1.64,P<0.01)。阿维A组引起皮肤瘙痒的并发症较复方甘草酸苷联合阿维A组发生率更高(OR=0.51,95%CI为0.30~0.88,P<0.05)。结论复方甘草酸苷联合阿维A治疗寻常型银屑病较单纯应用阿维A有更好的疗效,且不良反应更轻。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of compound glycyrrhizin with acitretin in the treatment for psoriasis vulgaris. Methods In accordance with the method of Cochrane systematic review, The randomized controlled trials on compound glycyrrhizin with acitretin used in the treatment for psoriasis vulgaris were searched from the databases including CNKI （Jan 1996 to Dec 2012） , MEDLINE （Jan 1996 to Dec 2012） , WANFANG database （Jan 1996 to Dec 2012）, VIP （Jan 1996 to Dec 2012） ,PubMed （Jan 1996 to Dec 2012） and Springer Link （Jan 1996 to Dec 2012）. Man- ual search of conference articles was ＇also used. The quality of the included studies was critically assessed and Meta analysis was performed with the Cochrane Collaboration＇s Revman 4. 2 software. Results A total of eight randomized controlled clinical trials with 805 patients were incorporated in Meta analysis. The cure rate in coinpound glycyrrhizin with acitretin group was higher than that in the acitretin group （ P〈0.01 ）. PASI score was significantly reduced in both groups after treat- ment, and more significantly in the compound glycyrrhiziu with acitretin group （RR =-2. 12, 95%CI： -2. 60 -- 1.64,P〈 0. 01 ）. Compared with the compound glycyIThizin with acitretin group, the acitretin group had a higher incidence in the itching of skin （OR=0. 51,95%CI： 0. 30- 0. 88,P〈0. 05）. Condusions Compound glycytxhizin with acitretin shows better effects in the treatment for psoriasis vulgaris than acitretin with less side effects.
