摘要
本文提出了根据原始数据特性而分段拟合的POE VG32润滑油/R410A制冷剂粘度计算模型。分析结果显示,对于纯油粘度计算,所提出的模型在0℃到100℃的范围内平均相对误差为0.9%,精度高于其他模型。在用于润滑油及润滑油与制冷剂混合物粘度计算时,单个增强型模型计算公式无法适应油浓度从0到100%全范围混合物粘度计算,而叠加型模型在计算混合粘度时精度较低。本文提出在不同区间内使用增强型模型,使全范围内粘度计算误差低于0.6%。
A new piecewise fitting model of the POE VG32 oil/R410A mixture was presented based on the characteristics of original data.The results show that the average relative error of the model proposed is 0.9%in the range of 0 to 100℃for pure oil,which means that the accuracy is higher than other models.For the viscosity calculation of the oil-refrigerant mixture,a single enhanced model can not predict the full range between 0 to 100%of oil concentration,and the superposition model provide low prediction accuracy in the calculation.A new piecewise fitting model was proposed,and the calculation error was reduced to 0.6%in the full range.
