摘要
为了探究丙二醇嵌段聚醚的黏度特性,测定了6种丙二醇嵌段聚醚在298.15~368.15 K范围内的运动黏度。结果表明:丙二醇嵌段聚醚黏度随着温度的升高而降低;相同温度下,黏度随着分子量的增加而升高。以KEDZIERSKI模型为基础,利用Origin软件对丙二醇嵌段聚醚的黏度和温度数据进行关联,再采用多项式方程对KEDZIERSKI模型的参数与丙二醇嵌段聚醚的分子量进行拟合,最终得到计算丙二醇嵌段聚醚黏度的模型。实验值与计算值的平均相对误差为4.42%,表明聚醚黏度与温度、分子量关联效果较好,可依此模型估算丙二醇嵌段聚醚的黏度。
In order to explore the viscosity characteristics of propylene glycol block polyethers,the kinematic viscosity of 6 kinds of propylene glycol block polyethers at 298.15~368.15K was measured.The results showed that the viscosity of propylene glycol block polyether decreased with the increase of temperature.At the same temperature,the viscosity increased with the increase of molecular weight.Based on KEDZIERSKI model,Origin software was used to correlate the viscosity and temperature data of propylene glycol block polyether.Then the parameters of KEDZIERSKI model were fitted with the molecular weight of propylene glycol block polyether by a polynomial equation.Finally,a model for calculating the viscosity of propylene glycol block polyether was obtained.The average relative error between the experimental value and the calculated value is 4.42%,indicating that the viscosity of polyether has a good correlation with temperature and molecular weight,and the viscosity of propylene glycol block polyether can be estimated accordingly.
